For tours with Yangtze River Cruise only:

Deposit

To book, a deposit of $350 per person is required at the time of booking.

*If you choose the coverage of Cancellation Protection Plan, you are required to submit the premium TOGETHER with the deposit.

I am sending my check of US$ payable to ORIENT ODYSSEY to cover deposit and/or cancellation Protection Plan.
I want to pay by credit card. To protect your privacy, please do not give out your credit card number / info online. ORIENT ODYSSEY Reservation will contact you via phone / e-mail within 48 hours to obtain the necessary information directly.

*Deposit check must reach our office within 10 days of your e-mail or your booking will not be secured.

Please note: We need minimum of 10 passengers to guarantee a tour. In the event the tour cannot be materialized due to the lack of participants, all your deposit are fully refundable and / or transferable. Once the tour is a guaranteed departure, your deposit will become non-refundable and we highly recommend Trip Cancellation Insurance for your protection.

Regarding Optional Insurance, please choose one of the following:

Optional Cancellation Protection Plan, 3% of tour cost (before tax)

Cancel for any reason up till 30 days before departure and get a full refund of tour cost with ZERO penalties. Cancel from 30 days till 24 hours before departure, the penalty is just $250 p.p.. Remaining tour cost will be refunded in full.
