• Our Guides and Local Personals

We know the quality of guides and the service personals are vital to the success of any trip. We carefully screen our guides to make sure that they are experienced, certified professionals with proven records. In all destinations, we either have our own joint venture office or designated local agencies attending to our guests and report to us daily. A 24 hour hotline number and the contact person are provided to all travelers in every country. In certain destinations, we make extra efforts to enhance our traveler’s experience. For example, in Tibet, we always try to secure a ethnic Tibetan guide so our guests can learn the view from Tibetan perspective. In Myanmar, sometimes it is possible to secure a scholar or an archeologist to accompany our guests so they can be benefited from the knowledge……

• Attention to Details - Water, Meals, and Local Delicacies

Our programs to China include one complimentary bottle of water daily per person. Our journeys to Southeast Asia include two complimentary bottles of water, and ice cold wet towels in our tour vehicle daily per person.  Tea are provided free of charge. We encourage travelers to try local delicacies, many are featured and specified in our itinerary – Peking duck, dumpling banquet, Sichuan spicy dish or hot pot, Bhutanese chilly cheese, Vietnamese beef noodles……
